Small Group Classes


Reformer Pilates ~ Beginner

A gentle introduction to the basics of reformer, helping you feel comfortable on the machine while building strength, balance & confidence. We recommend at least 4 beginner classes before moving on to intermediate.

Reformer Pilates ~ Intermediate

Build on the foundations with more dynamic sequences & greater resistance. Strengthen, lengthen & refine your movement while exploring new challenges.

Reformer Pilates ~ Mixed Ability

Open to all levels with options to challenge or support your practice. With clear guidance and adaptations, you’ll build strength, flexibility and confidence at your own pace. Beginners are welcome at these classes, optional progressions will be offered.

Mat Pilates

Learn the essentials & feel confident with the principles of Pilates, you’ll be using your own body weight for resistance. Designed to build strength, core stability, improve posture and enhance overall wellbeing through controlled, precise movements. These classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as those wanting to revisit the fundamentals of Pilates, with options provided throughout so you can work at a pace that suits you. 

From 15th June, we will be running a 6 week introduction to Mat Pilates on Monday mornings at 9:30am. Classes will be kept to a maximum of 6 people to allow for plenty of guidance and support, so spaces are limited.
